In the months to follow, JETAABC will be hosting events with regional foci. The first region is our beloved Kansai, which includes the prefectures of Mie, Nara, Wakayama, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo and Shiga, sometimes Fukui, Tokushima and Tottori. Make sure you don’t miss any future events by signing up for our newsletter.
Rediscover the joys of Kansai food in Vancouver’s downtown core. If you have lived in Japan, chances are you have tasted the many delicious foods that Kansai has to offer. Think takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and buttery Manneken waffles. We want to bring those memories back with a Kansai Food Crawl!
On this walking food adventure, there will be plenty of time to get to know each other while indulging in Kansai treats at 4 different stops. If you’re looking to expand your dining repertoire or want to hang out with fellow JET alumni, come join us on the Kansai Food Crawl!
