Join us for an evening out with fellow JETAABC alumni and friends to learn how to make authentic sushi in a JETAABC exclusive private cooking class! We will spend the first half of the class making an assortment of nigiri and sushi rolls, and then relax and enjoy each other’s company while sampling our own creations. Space is limited, so reserve your spot.

Nigiri Sushi: Red tuna, albacore tuna, sockeye salmon, shrimp, tamago (egg)
Roll Sushi: California roll, salmon roll, spicy tuna hand roll
